About Them: Jen has always loved baking. As a toddler, she baked bread with her mother—though her mother claims that Jen just played in the flour. At seven, Jen learned fractions from baking chocolate chip cookies. Joe is Jen’s husband. To be honest, he has very little to do with making the cookies—other than his role as self-appointed taste-tester.
Jen & Joe Cookie Dough, lets just say the cookies that have the work done for you. Being a mom I hardly have time to make home-made cookies, let alone the whole process, unless it’s on a weekend. This company does the work for you, craving cookies but don’t have time to make them from scratch or have company coming over and want cookies made these are great. Some of the normal and then some I have never even heard of or even existed. Wasabi white chocolate, oatmeal toffee, these were used up first, considering we have never tried the combo before. I loved the oatmeal toffee it was very good, I normally not an oatmeal cookie fan, but the combo together all I tasted was the toffee very yum. The other one was different for sure, not something your used to, but very good at that. These cookies you freeze in the oven and pull them out when ready to cook. I like how these are pre ball’d for you, so all you have to do is place the ball on the pan and cook, then 12 minutes later they are done (of course depending oven) and ready to eat. This company is awesome, the first batch they sent me, went bad during shipping, because the dry ice leaked from exposure to air from a hole in the Styrofoam, so they sent another batch a week later. That’s true costumer service right there which is hard to come by these days!
