Life Trak sent me a really awesome watch, that has everything you need in the palm of your hands, and doesn’t need to be charged, because of the built in coil battery! This watch that is NOT just a watch it has many other awesome features. Blue tooth to your phone if you have a iPhone. Draw back, we use windows phones. This also does many other things, tracks your walking, but seems like really tracks your hand movement mostly. Tracks how many miles you walked, heart rate, calories burned and so many more awesome features. It also comes with a timer for running, or how long you exercised for. The watch is pretty easy to set up, just hold the button down and set it up, took me about 20 minutes to get it all set up. The watch is light weight and fun to play with. You can change the color of the bands, it’s water proof, tells time, date, day of week, and seconds too. I love this watch however I wish the stepping was more accurate. But you can easily base it off the miles walked. When you take the watch off, or fall asleep, the watch goes into sleep mode, and you can shake it to wake it up, which is great for battery saving mode!
