I love working with this company Barbara’s Cookie Pies. I have worked with them numerous times on different pies. This time around it is a bit different. These are the holiday editions cookie pies. My husband a HUGE brownie lover and I requested the brownie one for him. He loved it so much he ate it up very quick. I never got a chance to try it out, but he demanded it’s all his and no one else’s and it was very delish. Perfect, not rich, smooth, soft, melts in the mouth as he called the cookie pie. I requested the peppermint brinks one, I love anything peppermint in it, especially around the holidays when it only pops out. This one was soft, yet crunchy. The cookie pies are very good, they usually last for 3 days, days your cutting it close. You can tell by day 3 that they need to be eaten. The package to me was super awesome. I saved the ribbon to use for a present in the future!
