About them: PlaSmart Inc. is a Canadian-based distributor of smart, simple, educational toys for children. The story began in December, 2002 when Timothy Kimber, then owner of an ecommerce business, happened upon some children test-driving a yet unknown ride-on vehicle. Fascinated that this car did not require batteries or pedals and was propelled by simply turning the steering wheel, Kimber located the seller of this unique toy. Within a month, PlaSmart was born with North American distribution and marketing rights secured for PlasmaCar. With an uncomplicated, honest vision and a philosophy to under-promise and over-deliver, PlaSmart expanded into more than sixty countries on five continents in a few years.
My kids have been begging me for a mat to play with their cars on but all the ones we have found have been super small. I was pretty surprised when I saw that the Happyville Smart Mat was larger in size and had everything my kids wanted to have in a play mat. I received the Happyville Smart Mat to review and include in our Holiday Gift Guide and it is a pretty neat mat. It measures 78 inches long by 46 inches wide and is big enough for all three of my kids to play on it with plenty of space so they don’t have to fight over different areas. It is great for babies, toddlers and kids of all ages. It comes rolled up so you do need to lay it out flat to let it settle so I just left it overnight and it was ready for my kids to play with it in the morning. It is lightweight but durable and easy to clean. It is made from an EVA coated foam and the kids just love it! It has an entire community on the mat that is doubled. So there are two of the same set ups on the one mat which is cool so multiple kids can play together. These include roads, fire stations, hospitals, gas stations, houses, playgrounds, pools, supermarkets and more! They include roundabouts, fast food joints and more for lots of interactive play. It has really brought out my kids imagination and I love listening to them play together. It is perfect for our home and will eventually go into our playroom when it is finished. It would be great for daycares and school classrooms too! This Happyville Smart Mat has already been well loved in the short time we have had it and I look forward to many years of enjoyment from it! This would make a great gift to your little ones this holiday season.
