Just like the rest of your body, your hands crave to be exercised and stretched. Their neglect may lead to problems like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Arthritis and array of other ailments. In just minutes per day, you can work to prevent these problems as well as help reduce painful hand cramps and fatigue. Stretching the hands releases tension in fingers, the palm and wrists. YogaHands are made in the U.S.A of lightweight and comfortable material. Their sturdy and compact design make them easy to bring with you anywhere.

This wonderful product above is an awesome idea. I spend hours at the computer for my job. That means I type a lot and my fingers and hands are used way to much and a lot more than most people would think. This wonderful yoga hands product take your fingers and separates your fingers individually and spreads them out to give. It’s like a exercise for your fingers done with a tool instead of you doing it. That why you are more prone to actually do it. The whole product is wonderful and the quality is great for sure. The plastic is soft and very easy to hold and the black rubber inside used to separate the fingers is soft and smooth but yet hard enough to give you that feeling your fingers that are being stretched out. I tested this one 3 people: me who has small and long fingers, someone who has short fingers & thin, and then lastly my husband who has big fingers and somewhat short & long. So as you can see this product can work wonderfully on all types of fingers! I like how you can do this anywhere, in the car, at home, work, appointment, stuck in traffic, feeding the baby or kids. It’s a pretty small product so it can be stored away pretty easily without taking up much room. I do suffer from CTS and Arthritis by the end of the day because I work a lot.. So I do mine at early morning and late at night before bed. I did notice a chunk of hair in the back of my plastic container with the yoga hands.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
