Now with these wands which are 3 different smells each and you sniff them 3 times in each nose, before you eat or after, and with the smell of them are supposed to make food taste differently and make you and your body react different to food. So I gave it a shoot both ways before eating and when craving. When I did the before eating, my cereal which tasted and smelled differently and made me right away not want to eat it anymore, the smell and my body signals were like stop its gross. Then when I craved food, I whiffed some of the brown one, and right away I felt full and didn’t want to eat for about 4 hours. This is a great company because it’s so simple and these wands can be put anywhere in the house, purse, car, and so forth and even if kids found them it wont do damage to them. Plus its fun and easy. Remember though everyone’s body will act differently to these wands!
