About them: My wife, Jennifer, and I invented the Wash’n Zip Pet Bed after becoming frustrated with dirty, smelly dog beds that rapidly worsened over time. We looked all over to find a pet bed that we could simply put in our washer and dryer when needed. We were surprised and disappointed to find that a product like that didn’t exist! We set out to find a solution, and the Wash’n Zip Pet Bed was born.
I raise corgis and am always looking for new and/or innovative pet products for them. I am always looking for ones that especially make my life more simple and the Wash’n Zip Pet Bed has done just that! I was so excited to receive one for review and when it arrived I couldn’t wait to check it out and see what my dogs thought of it! I received a medium Animal Print Wash’n Zip Pet Bed and really could not be more happy with it! My dogs love it and use it often. They also shed and go in and outside quite a bit so it has needed washed a few times. Now their other pet beds are great as far as being comfortable and supportive for them, but washing them is not a chore I like to take on. I have to unzip them and pull out the foam insert. Then toss them in the wash and yes they wash up great, but then putting them on is not only challenging, but tedious and time consuming. More often then not the foam insert doesn’t fit in it properly or it is lop-sided. I am a perfectionist so this just doesn’t work well for me. I spend time and energy and may even say some not so nice things to the bed before it is acceptable to me for my dogs. Needless to say, I absolutely HATE having to wash their beds! This Wash’n Zip Pet Bed is soft, comfortable and supportive for them as well. I love the way it looks and feels, but most importantly it has changed the way I wash their bed. I no longer cringe at the thought of having to wash their beds. I actually get excited! The Wash’N Zip Pet bed unzips and it almost reminds me of a sleeping bag. You toss the entire bed into the wash and it washes up nicely. When you are done washing and drying it you pull it out and simply zip the bed back together! It is quick, easy and virtually takes no time. I don’t get flustered and my dogs can have their bed back right after it is done being washed! It is an amazing pet bed and I am only sad I never got to try it out sooner! I love it so much and so do my dogs. We even take it with us when we are out and about and when we go camping! I am definitely replacing our other two dog beds with the Wash’n Zip Pet Beds and I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already! They will seriously change your life!
