I have lost a few pounds since reading this book and will come in handy after my surgery next week. This is surely one book you should totally read, its not forcing kind of book at all. Something to take lightly and read when you like. Dieting is stressful and a lot of work and you need all kinds of tips and recipes you need to make great choices. Being unhealthy makes your body feel weird and makes you not you. Don’t make excuses and get looking good we all need it sometime in our life and this book is amazing. Not like any of those pressure books about dieting.
