My kids and I had the pleasure of receiving the new Tame the Mane Electric Detangling Brush from Remington for review and to include in our Mother’s Day Gift Guide. I have to say at first I was pretty skeptical at how well this would work on my daughters super long wavy hair. Her hair is an ideal example of what a rats nest would look like and is extremely hard to get a brush through in the mornings. I generally have to drench it in detangling spray and then cross my fingers and pray that the brush will go through it! This Electric Detangling Brush is cordless and runs on two AA batteries. It can be used on wet or dry hair which is nice and has teeth that turn and glide right through the hair! It works like magic and I am honestly quite amazed at just how well it works! My daughter loves it so much she doesn’t mind getting her hair brushed anymore at all. She has gotten so used to it that she can even use it in her own hair now! It doesn’t snag or pull her hair and detangles even the worst tangles with ease. The fight in the mornings to get a brush through her hair is gone and I love it! More importantly, my daughter loves it! It has a nice little brush cover too so when you are done using it you can put it over the brush to protect it. I like that it is the size of a typical brush and can just go right in the drawer with her other brushes and it doesn’t get hot like a flat iron or anything so it can be used with just a quick click of the on and off button! It is simple to use and the results are amazing. If you have a kid or kids that suffer from tangles then this Remington Tame the Mane Electric Detangling Brush is the way to go!
