Spirit Riding Free

About them: It’s time to “saddle up” for the premiere of DreamWorks Animation’s newest original series Spirit Riding Free, which became available exclusively on Netflix on Friday, May 5. The series, inspired by the Oscar®-nominated film Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, follows the heartfelt journey of a gutsy 12-year-old girl named Lucky who befriends a wild mustang whom she aptly names Spirit. With her two best friends by her side, Lucky and her friends explore a world filled with endless rides, magnificent horses and and never ending fun!

I had the pleasure of receiving a Spirit Riding Free Friendship Craft Kit for review and to help celebrate this awesome premiere. This Friendship Craft Kit came with a Spirit Riding Free Handkerchief, Friendship Bracelet Craft Supplies, Acrylic Paint, Puff Paint, a small Paint Brush, a Wooden Frame to make a Friendship Frame, a My Adventure Journal, a Spirit Riding Free The Adventure Begins Hardback Book and a cute little Spirit Horse Plush. My girls absolutely loved the Spirit movie so they were super excited about this series. Ever since it premiered they have watched it religiously. When they received this Friendship Craft Kit they were thrilled. They were a bit upset that they had to share but they each had fun working together after they realized they had no choice. The friendship bracelets came with two so they were each able to make one and they really enjoyed that. My oldest ended up giving hers to her best friend at school and my 4 year old ended up keeping hers. The instructions were easy to follow and overall this craft was easy for both my four and six year old which was nice. This whole Friendship Craft Kit was perfect for both of my girls. They love the show and love to do crafts so it was a nice kit to have on one of our rainy spring days. They were able to work on their crafts and watch one of their new favorite shows at the same time. This Spirit Riding Free Friendship Craft Kit was definitely a hit in our home. The show is fun and adventure filled and if your little ones liked the movie Spirit or just likes animated shows about friendship and horses, then this is the show for you! Watch the trailer here!

Disclosure: I received this product for free, in exchange for my honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products and services I used personally, and believe will be a good fit for consumers.
