About them: Spin Master was founded in 1994 by two childhood friends, Ronnen Harary and Anton Rabie, soon after graduation from The University of Western Ontario. Ben Varadi, a classmate of Anton’s from The University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of business, joined the Company subsequently in 1994. When Spin Master began to chart it’s course in the children’s entertainment industry, the founders recognized that in order to compete successfully with the established brands of larger companies, they had to design and market innovative products that would “wow” consumers and disrupt the traditional toy market.
My kids and I love Spin Master toys so we were pretty excited to receive a few to include in our Holiday Gift Guide this years. We received a Novie, a Dragamonz pack, a pack of Hatchimals CollEGGtibles Season 6.5 Royal Snow Ball and an Awesome Blossems toy. These all make great gifts as is and even better stocking stuffers in my opinion! They are all neat toys and would make great gifts. The Novie is a super fun little toy. It is a little smart robot with skills for ages 4 and up. It comes with batteries which is nice so as soon as you take it out of the package is it ready to go. You can teach your Novie robot how to show off and much more! He can do over 75 actions which is pretty cool. My daughter loves it and discovers new things to do with Novie every day. The Dragamonz is a multipack and comes with 3 Dragons and 18 assorted Trading Cards. You can collect them, trade them and more. This set is recommended for ages 5 and up and there are over 70 Dragons to collect in all! The Hatchimals CollEGGtibles Royal Snow Ball pack came with 2 surprise Hatchimals and a Throne. These are for ages 5 and up and you can collect all 50 of them. My girls both love Hatchimals so this was a fun treat for them! The Awesome Blossems toy was a new one for us. We had never heard of them before and my 7 year old was thilled. It is for ages over 3 and is a pretty neat little set. You Plant it, Water it, then watch as a doll grows out of it! My daughter LOVED it! She had so much from from start to finish and now she wants to collect them all! These are all fun toys and collectibles and would make great gifts for your kids this holiday season!
