My kids and I received a DVD copy of SpacePOP Takes Off for review. It is a short movie that has a feature running time of 21 minutes. It is about the evil Empress Geela taking over the Planets of Pentangle. Five teenage princesses disguise themselves as musicians and form a band called SpacePOP. They end up joining the rebel force to stop the evil Empress Geela and reclaim their home planets and the enslaved inhabitants. It also has two music videos in the special features. My girls absolutely loved this short movie. They have watched it several times already and can not get enough of it. They love jamming out to the music videos too. This is a great DVD for kids and would make a great addition to their movie collection. It would make a great Christmas gift or stocking stuffer this holiday season!
