So I got this pretty tree in the mail. It was packaged very well around thousands of package peanuts and no book. When I got mine, the poor thing was soaking wet and wilting, by day 3 it was dying on our kitchen table. I contacted the company told them what was going on, it seemed they didn’t believe me until the picture came through, which right there shows how they handle customers not very pleasant. The tree was soaked to the bone, the leaves were wilting and soaking, and it just could not handle anymore stress. So I tossed it, after it was pretty much dead.  I even asked around what there was to do, to try to nurse it back to health, it was just to far gone.. So after day 5 the company agreed that it wasn’t healthy and they sent me a new one, which by then I am like fine. When I got it, it was healthy and in perfect condition, no stress on that bonsai for sure. I am so happy they sent a new one, I was so sad for the darn tree. They were super nice about it, rushed it my way, by day 3 I had it! Now it’s sitting on our table sitting in the sun grabbing some sunlight we get! The tree comes with everything you need but water of course, comes in a nice ceramic pot, soil, rocks, plant and instructions on how to water it, and where to keep it. Its a very pretty bonsai and the nice thing, is they don’t need much attention, unlike most plants so that’s helpful! Great customer service, ships fast, there for your needs, and package nicely to you!
