I am a huge Star Wars fan. I grew up watching them with my dad and now share the love of Star Wars with my own kids. We are always excited for family movie nights so when I received a Blu-Ray and Digital copy of Solo: A Star Wars Story for review I was stoked! Solo: A Star Wars Story is PG-13 rated and has a feature running time of 135 minutes. I have to say the first 10 or 15 minutes really confused me but after I realized what was going on my eyes were stuck on the screen till the end. It is about Han Solo and his very first meeting of his future friend and future copilot Chewbacca. He deals with the notorious gambler Lando Calrissian, a street thief named Qi’ra and another criminal named Beckett. It is filled with nonstop action adventure, laughs and you will be hooked from start to finish! I loved being able to dig into Han Solo and Chewbacca’s backstory even further and really seeing how their bond became so strong. It was a great take and I loved it! Just like all Star Wars movies, this was fantastic and I highly recommend it! The bonus extras were awesome too! They include deleted scenes, Team Chewie which goes into how Chewbacca came to life, Remaking the Millennium Falcon, Becoming a Droid: L3-37 and more!
