Convinced her social life is over, she is surprised to meet an unlikely group of friends and embarks on an adventure of a lifetime. When her aunt is threatened by unfriendly neighbors, Lily knows it is up to her and Pistachio, the horse she has discovered and developed an unbreakable bond with, to save the ranch and to find her destiny along the way. Starring I Can Only Imagine’s Madeline Carroll, Denise Richards and Joey Lawrence.

I love and collect movies so when I had the opportunity to review Destined To Ride I was excited. I had actually never heard of it prior to receiving it for review so I had no idea what to expect. It is G rated and has a feature run time of 90 minutes total. It is about a girl named Lily. Her mom died when she was young so it is just her and her dad. Because of her dads work schedule she is forced to go live out on a remote ranch with her aunt. She is convinced her social life is over when she is forced to leave her friends but she ends up meeting new friends, gets close to her aunt and learns she is more like her mom than she thought. Her aunt is dealing with an easement dispute with her neighbor and Lily and Pistachio, a horse she bonded with, must work together to save her aunts ranch and discover even more about herself along the way. It is a heartfelt movie that is good for the soul. Destined To Ride is a great family movie and perfect for those family movie nights. It is good for kids and adults of all ages and I highly recommend it if you are into this type of movie. Destined To Ride came out in August so get your copy today! It is a perfect addition to any movie collection!
