Smarty pants vitamins for adults. The bottle is pretty big, and you get a great amount of the gummies 180. You do take quite a few for your daily dose. The taste is pretty good, depending on the flavored ones. The bottle does cover a huge variety of vitamin needs to cover your daily dose needs. I do like how its free from many things as well as gluten which is nice. Has tons of omegas and many other great source one’s to. The vitamin gummies are pretty small and you can chew or suck on them, however the chewing it up and swallowing just makes the taste not so bad. The company has a wide variety of vitamins for adults, kids and more. Also no artificial flavors or fructose fillings in them which is great advantage as well. These are not bad, and taking anything then a pill is always more pleasing and fun, however always makes you want to eat more. I do like how its a all in one, so you don’t have to take other amounts of vitamins, but some are lower then others and you do need to take whatever else you need to in that area.
