I had the opportunity to get a DVD copy of Savannah Sunrise to watch and review and really enjoyed it. It has a feature run time of 84 minutes and has some pretty neat special features included on the disk as well. I had to watch this movie a few times because my room mates and I loved it. It is a heart warming, hilarious and truly inspirational film about a mom who is a workaholic. She doesn’t have a lot of time for family and although she loves her family, work is her life. She and her mother-in-law have to go on a 1,000 mile long road trip together and it brings out the worst in both of them and brings them closer together too. Her mother-in-law and her are the complete opposites because she is a workaholic and her mother-in-law is all about family. The past and all the baggage goes with them along their trip and it definitely keeps you laughing the whole time! My kids even thought it was hilariously funny! It is a great family film. The special features include a trailer, cast interviews and a closer look behind the scenes. This is a great movie that is sure to become a favorite!
