[Review] Wholly Guacamole

You’d probably think a guacamole company’s story would start with an avocado tree. But our story starts with a man named Don Bowden. In 1989, this Dallas restaurant owner started to look for a pre-made guacamole to serve in his Mexican restaurants. His biggest problem was that avocados start to brown as soon as you cut them open. Don knew that solving this problem without using lots of additives and preservatives would not be easy. But Don doesn’t do things the easy way; he does things the right way. In his search for the best guacamole, he discovered High Pressure Processing (HPP) Technology. When used on guacamole, the end result is a completely 100% all natural, fresh tasting product. Every package of guacamole and salsa we produce is made with the same attention to quality and safety that was important to Don 25 years ago.

We have been a huge fan of this company lately for sure, Since we shop at Costco and see these located there, we tend to like the individual wrapped one’s. We all know how fast Guacamole can last. If we can’t find the purple one, we go with the other one, and then add lemon or lime juice to the tray and ziplock it, and lasts forever. Now I am a huge fan of Guacamole even though I am semi allergic to it, if it touches my lips, which have learned over time how to avoid that. I hate when people add that lemon or lime juice to it. People say that don’t notice it, but I sure do, even if its turned to salsa or as is, I can tell. I have even tried those  created products to help keep it fresh longer or freezing it, none of those work as great as the lime and lemon do. So when they came out with the 100 cal Guacamole it has made me the happiest person on earth. I even love how it is plain with nothing added to it, so I can create my creation, mind adding those takes away the 100 cals for sure. This company sent me a coupon and you no me, I ran out as fast as I could get out the door and got me some free Guacamole and sure enough there is only a few packs left, between my husband and I and our kids. This is one company everyone needs to try, cause you won’t be disappointed for sure!
