This book has been the top coolest book in our house since we got it, we even play the CD in the car, as it reads to my kids on the go. I honestly have not been annoyed by the book even though its been played, and read a billion times in the week we have had it, we have even watch one of the cartoons on netflix geared towards mater. Its a awesome Christmas book. He also wants it on his bed next to him and he flicks through the pages and he falls asleep, each night he is one page farther to the end, mind he is only 3 with a mind of a 10 year old, he is a very smart toddler. Each morning he wakes up runs out of his room and says mama read to me, I read it about 3 times each morning before he says enough. The book is awesome, and have added it to the tub of Christmas books to put away for next year, with toddlers paper books do tend to not last long as any parent know’s if they don’t put it away up high. We have a few Christmas books and this is one of the 3 I put away for the following year, as he is only 3 almost so its been a tradition since he’s been born. This book has lots of pages, so it’s about a 3 minute book give or take depending on how you read to your kids. It does have a cover over the book itself to protect the book. The CD is in a plastic cover with glue like material to hold it on the book. Which if you do break it off to book, doesn’t damage it at all.
