In 2000, a German woman named Alexandra was living in California. Alex was searching for quality gifts and presents to send back to Germany to a friend who recently had a baby, but was disappointed in the collection available in the USA. While Alex researched for European toys online she discovered that virtually none of the European brands that she grew up with as a child were available. Thus the introduction of Maukilo.com. This toy is super cool. Even though its for sand, on those down weather days or fall/winter you can use it for bath times. For washing the hair out. Or for blowing bubbles from both ends. This is a neat toy. Works great in the sand and makes really cool designs. You can even bring home made food coloring and bring it with you to the beach and drop in some drops in the funnel and enjoy some cool designs. Here in WA state we get like no sun at all. This year has by far been the worst. We haven’t even made it past 80 degrees yet and last by this time we were in the triple digits. With little ones its hard for us to enjoy “beach time” so I try to bring the beach to the bath tub. It also makes for a great shampoo washout in the hair! This is even a great product for cold seasons too. My kids like playing with this toy alot! This is a very unique toy.
