It feels weird at first, look and treatment, but once you get the hang of it, it looks awesome. I know my kids get a laugh when I wear it. I can clean, cook, sit, water free, drive and so on. It made my hair really soft and smooth, my hair never looked so shiny for sure. This one is a weekly one, and my hair looks better and better after every week. This is a great deep conditioning product and you to will love this as well. The wrap part itself is like a towel like material. Comes with gel packs, shower cap and the wrap, everything you need!
