Smoker

This is the new BBQ in our house, its pretty sweet actually and gives my husband so much to work with. He loves it and it has so much space for him to cook on, compared to our other one. We bought this for the house warming party. I put it together myself and I think I did a pretty good job. Considering the legs were bent and the instructions weren’t that great. It does take 2 people to put together but I did it myself in 2 days consisting on 7 hours. 4 hours in one day and 3 hours in the second day. The one issue I thought was hard was connecting the smoker to the pole on the side bottom matching up 4 holes perfectly. It took 2 legs with lifting and 2 arms trying to match all holes. This was also in a very tiny spot to work with and not being able to see properly. That right there took a hour and half of my time on the second day. Then we used it and the metal rack inside shown below in picture. Is held by 2 clips and the rack fell right off and the rack was useless when opening and closing. It took 2 whole bags of charcoal and lights up pretty fast and simmers super fast compared to small ones. The food was ready to cook on the lower grill within 10 minutes. My husband just loves the amount of space you get with this BBQ for sure and how much food can be cooked at once. 20 sausages  20 hamburgers, and ribs and steaks, that’s alot of food. When my husband brought it home our neighbor was so jealous, he’s been wanting this smoker for some time now. He’s like you will never get it back if I borrow it. All in all we love it, and will be cooking in the smoker lots and lots of yummy food!

7 hours later its done!
