I was sent the black Hovertrax 2.0 which retails for $459.99. You can find it for a bit cheaper listed elsewhere as well. They offer 4 different colors to choose from. This is great for 8+ year old’s. Though my kids, and my friends kids love sitting on it in the living room and see how fast they can get it spinning before falling off of it to. It has lights in the front so you know which way it goes. It has two modes a beginner and pro mode, they have different speeds on them. It took about 4 hours to fully charge on a dead battery. This can be used indoors and outdoors, works great on our thick carpet. I do love how it self balances when you turn it on, and balances to your body so you’re less likely to fall off of it. Even with my first try on it outdoors, I didn’t even fall off of it, and the more you push your feet down on it the faster it will go. I did do some research on this because of the past ones catching on fire, and this passed all the requirements, and certifications so this one will not catch on fire at all. Does have a removal of the battery compartment, so you can swap them when one dies out. Does have a light icon on top to tell you when its fully charged and about to die. It will shut off about a couple of minutes later if not being used, which will beep at you to let you know. I have had mine for a little over a month now and still works as it did when I got it. This is an amazing gift for an adult, teenager, or 8+ year old kids, and with Christmas coming up this is a great toy to invest in, since its safe, balances to body, and safe to charge.
