I had the pleasure of receiving several Personal Chef To Go meals for review. They sent me Chicken Breast with Spicy Asian Black Bean Sauce, Chesapeake Crab Cakes, Roasted Chicken Breast with Southwest Cilantro-Lime Sauce, Texas-Style Turkey Meatloaf with Espagnole Sauce and Salmon Stuffed with Spinach, Sundried Tomatoes and Toasted Walnuts. The Chicken Breast with Spicy Asian Black Bean Sauce came with fresh green beans. The Texas-Style Turkey Meatloaf with Espagnole Sauce came with brown rice and mixed beans. The Roasted Chicken Breast with Southwest Cilantro-Lime Sauce came with orzo, peas and corn. The Chesapeake Crab Cakes came with fresh tuscan-style vegetables. The Salmon Stuffed with Spinach, Sundried Tomatoes and Toasted Walnuts came with garlic sweet potatoes. These were all delicious but my favorites were the Chesapeake Crab Cakes and Salmon Stuffed with Spinach, Sundried Tomatoes and Toasted Walnuts. I love these because they all taste fresh and are made with fresh ingredients and delivered right to your door! You can eat them right away or freeze them. These are great for everyone with every lifestyle but especially great for single people, families that are always on the go, and the elderly. They come in a stay fresh container which is nice and are individually wrapped and ready to go. They are quick, convenient and taste like a homemade meal!
