PBS Kids has so many great educational and entertaining shows for kids. My kids are huge fans of the majority of shows they offer so they were pretty excited to receive a few DVDs of some of their favorite shows. The first of these DVDs was Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood: King Daniel for the Day. It has a feature running time of 110 minutes and is loaded with 7 fun stories. These include an extended one King Daniel for the Day, Prince Wednesday’s Happy Birthday, The Neighborhood Fall Festival, Daniel Takes Care of Snowball, Looking for Snowball, Sharing at the Library and Daniel Shares with Margaret. These tales are fun and educational and my kids just love them. The next was a nice Happy Birthday! DVD. This one had a bunch of their favorite characters and their stories. It has a feature running time of 170 minutes and comes in a cute little gift box that opens up and reveals a built in birthday card. This one has 10 stories that all deal with planning, prepping and throwing a birthday celebration. The series include Arthur, Caillou, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, Dinosaur Train, Odd Squad, Peg + Cat, Reading Rainbow, Super WHY!, Wild Kratts and WordWorld. It is a perfect combination of all their shows! The final DVD from PBS Kids is Super WHY! Sleeping Beauty and other Fairytale Adventures. It has a feature running time of 110 minutes and has four stories. These include Sleeping Beauty, The Frog Prince, The Twelve Dancing Princesses, and Princess Gwennie Saves the day. These are all great for early readers and my kids just love them. I love that my kids can be watching these shows and learning and they don’t even realize they are! Great DVDs for your kids collection and I definitely recommend them!
