My kids are always excited when they receive a new DVD to watch and add to their movie collection. With the holiday season upon us they are always super happy when they receive a holiday title. Mouse and Mole at Christmas Time was the perfect Christmas movie to celebrate this holiday season. It has a feature running time of 35 minutes and is a super cute animated story about two friends who live together in a cottage out in the country. Mole is a trouble maker and always seems to find trouble no matter where he goes or what he does. Mouse helps to keep Mole in check with his practical and cheerful self. Mole is given a snow mole made by mouse and he pretends that this snow mole comes to life and takes him to a magical land where all his wishes are granted. Mole learns valuable lessons while in this make believe land. It is a cute story and my kids just love it. They also love the ten bonus stories that came on the disk. These are all short stories and include Half a Banana, Catch a Falling Leaf, Spectacles, A Frisky Fluttery Ghost, The Secret of Happiness, Whiskers, Picnic, Least Expecting, Daffodil and Preposterous Puddle.
