[Review] Pine Brothers Softish Throat Drops

Ulysses S. Grant was President, the population of America hovered at 39 million, and the telephone was still a pipe dream, when in 1870 J. Herman Pine hung out a confectionery shingle on 8th Street above Walnut in Philadelphia and, along with his brother, sold their first batch of what they called ‘Pine Brothers Glycerine Tablets.’ In an attempt to relieve his own sore throat and those of his family members, Mr. Pine, a former German confectionery maker, determined that by combining the soothing natural qualities of glycerin with the healing properties of gum acacia, he could sooth and mitigate the mild discomfort of a sore throat. Add in some natural flavoring and a sweetener and voila, Pine Brothers Softish Throat Drops were born. “I have discovered something,” Pine wrote, “which will give quick throat relief to thousands afflicted as I was.” He added,”Perhaps I won’t make much money out of this. But I can make people happy, and that’s more important than money.” Mr. Pine was being unduly modest, as his “discovery” would become one of the most successful, most delicious and most unique throat lozenges in the world. Nor has the recipe changed appreciably since it was first introduced to the public over 140 years ago.

Natural Honey and Wild Cherry Drops: Uses: For temporary relief of minor discomfort and protection of irritated areas in sore mouth and sore throat. Directions: Adults and children 3 years and over: dissolve 1 or 2 drops slowly in mouth. Repeat as needed. Best if not chewed. For children under 3, ask a doctor. Warnings: Sore Throat Warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied by fever, nausea, swelling, rash, headache, vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. These Came in the mail today and they are actual really good! Pretty much everything in them are healthy. The fat and calories aren’t bad too! They are softish and not like most drops you buy in stores. They are full of flavor and best part you cant chew it up so it lasts the full amount. Mine lasted in the mouth for 10 minutes! I love how you can’t chew it up at all so your forced to get the full benefit from the drop and saves money, because the others you can chew up and you have to put another in the mouth. These came in a screwed round container like shown above and is great for purses, diaper bags, pockets, and cars they don’t take much room like the bags would. They are not child proof though so keep that in mind. These cough drops are very unique and I love that. I haven’t even seen these in stores anywhere. Great price since you can’t chew up these drops.

My hair is the most stubborn part of me and I cant use many shampoo because my hair rejects it. This combo actually works in my hair. Makes my hair thicker then before, its soft when it dries, and lasts a few days which is nice because being a mom is hard work to the hair. I love the smell of it, and I can get more then a few washes per bottle. I have super thick hair I use more shampoo then a thin hair person would use. So I was happy to have more then a weeks worth per bottle! I love this stuff, I love even more that its cruelty free thats a huge bonus in my books! If they sold this in stores near me I would be buying this stuff all the time!

These are the best ever Temporal Artery Thermometer. I would never switch to anything else. This works just as good as the bum ones but even better. They are a bit pricey range but its worth it. We have had ours for over 4 years now and I just got another to finally replace our old one!! Its top of the line were talking about here. It can be dropped, drooled, played with, thrown around an still work perfectly. Its fast to use thats the best part because when those kids become toddlers its hard to catch a few seconds of standing still. These are the same company hospitals use on kids and adults just a home version instead. You will have fun with this too. On yourself, taking the airs temperature and best of all its very addicting! We bring it wherever we go and everyone (adults) running around trying it on everyone. Its also hard to loose, not like the small ones that get lost in diaper bags or in cars. This thermometer is so bulky its hard to loose! Also uses a 9 volt battery, we had our first for 4 years and it hasn’t died up until few days ago! Thats money saving right there!!

This Long sleeve shirt is very comfy and I love the sports bra that comes with it, its not attached so you can wear it all the time with any shirts. The sleeves arnt warm enough, great if your pregnant, but if your a nursing mom that’s a thing to consider. The shirt is long and easy to feed the newborn. I love this shirt I wear it almost everyday. Its cold here in WA and rains alot and I love keeping my arms covered on those breezy days. It comes in 2 colors I got the gray one. I love how the front expands so you can have easy access in public when you need to quick feed your child. I love how the shirt fits with your belly and doesn’t shrink up. It goes past your butt which is nice when you need to bend down to get something from the bottom of the stroller!

This adorable book and PJ set is just so cute. Book to go with the adorable PJ. The PJ is very snug and will fit on not so chubby kids. My son wouldn’t fit into it and hes almost a 40 pounder at 19 months. So I gave it to my friend for her daughter. Fit her perfectly. The book is nice as well, cardboard 5 pages and lots of colors and pictures. Great book for night time. The pajamas and the book are great quality and long lasting. The pajama’s I just cant get over how cute they are. Everyone loved the picture of it!

Clean Well

These products are very awesome. The wipes work well on hands and toys, plus leaves a fresh vanilla smell behind. When kids get wild they touch and eat everything, some things that shouldn’t be touched but there kids. They would also be great for schools to keep the sickys away.
