Nature Cat is a newer show to my kids. They only just discovered it a while back and they just love it. Their love started with some plush toys then when we discovered they were characters from a show we had to check it out. They have been hooked since and were super excited to receive a DVD copy of Nature Cat: Onward + Pondward to watch and review. Nature Cat: Onward + Pondward has a feature running time of 90 minutes and has 7 stories in all. These include Welcome to the Vernal Pond, Puddle Pool Party, Stream and Shout, Swamp Thing, There’s Gold in Them Thar Hills, Earth Day Today and Earth Day Every Day. My kids love Nature Cat because he and his friends Hal, Daisy and Squeeks are always exploring nature. They love and adore anything outdoors so this show is right up their alley. They explore all the sounds, smells, sights and more of all they explore. In these stories they explore a swamp and stream. They meet a mama salamander named Fern who is going to have babies and more! They learn all about Earth Day and how to celebrate and nourish our Earth every day. Nature Cat is very educational and entertaining for kids. If you are looking to add to your kids movie collection this would be a great one to buy!
