I received Mr. Selfridge The Complete Series in a nice looking box set on DVD to review and include in our Holiday Gift Guide. It comes with all four seasons in one nice little box. Each season includes a 3 disk set and the entire collection has a run time of 30.5 hours total, spanning on 12 disks. This is a great collection about a man named Harry Gordon Selfridge. He opens an extravagant department store in London and names it Selfridges. This is where all the fashions, trends and topics of the day were showcased and changed the lives in that area forever. It was super fun to see those fashions and trends change throughout the seasons too. This set also has over 2 hours of special features that include behind the scenes look at each of the four seasons, interviews with the cast and crew members and deleted scenes. I honestly had never even heard of this show before so was hesitant to even watch it but it was really good. It pulled me in and I couldn’t stop watching it. Mr. Selfridge is highly addicting and entertaining and the Complete Series box set would make an exceptional gift this holiday season!
