These pillows are pretty big, we have a cal-king bed and it takes up almost half of the bed, and if you have a queen size bed then it takes up the whole half of the bed. There are 3 parts to this pillow. The wedge, internal round pillow, and then the body pillow (if you picked that option pillow).
