About Them: Back in 1979 we started producing potassium chloride, but it wasn’t until 1983 that we began to recognise the value of the mineral for the consumer market. Within a year, we had managed to blend potassium chloride with sodium chloride, matching the flavour profile of regular table salt, but using 66% less sodium. In 1984, LoSalt was successfully launched in the UK, creating the reduced sodium salt market. Since then, we’ve continued to lead the way.
LoSalt sent me tons of sample sized packets. I don’t normally do reviews on sample products, but because it’s food its a bit different. The packets are small so like me I need like 3 packets for my dinner. However I am not really a salt person so when I use salt its little or a lot. Usually I am use to the mortonson salt, but when I got married I got used to sea salt chunks, boy a difference. Then these people sent me losalt and boy such a difference, in a good way though. I actually liked the salt. You can rarely tell its their and its very bland but works well and makes the food taste good. Each packet has 3 small packets great to throw into the purse, car, wallet, diaper bag for on the go. Since its lo your cholesterol wont be so high, although results may very depending person to person!
