My girls absolutely love Kate & Mim-Mim. They could watch Kate & Mim-Mim all day long if I let them. Since we have gotten rid of our cable they really haven’t been able to watch most of their favorite shows so they were extremely stoked to get a DVD copy of Kate & Mim-Mim: Super Kate to watch and review. It has a run time of 45 minutes and has four fun stories included in that time. These stories include Super Kate, Boomer’s Blanky, Secret Superhero and Kate’s Dragon Quest. Kate is a five year old girl and Mim-Mim is her bunny. They travel together to the fantasy world of Mimiloo, where Mim-Mim becomes a real life life sized playmate to Kate. In these stories they get super powers. Kate gets a super jumping power and Mim-Mim gets super hearing power. Their friend Boomer gets the power of super speed and ends up getting in trouble. Mim-Mim and Kate must use their powers to save him. They also help a friendly dragon find its way home and more! It is fun and imaginative. My kids just love the entire DVD. It is a great addition to any child’s movie collection. My girls like to watch it at night just before bed as their wind down activity and it really keeps their attention the entire 45 minutes.
