I had the pleasure of receiving several bars of Honduras Chocolate for review. Our household loves chocolate and it generally doesn’t last long around here at all. We are always excited to try new Chocolates so we were beyond excited to try these Chocolate Bars from the Honduras Chocolate Company. We received eight bars total and two of each kind. We received two 65% cacao bars, two 70% cacao bars, two 75% cacao bars and two 80% cacao bars and they all weighed in at 2.7 oz each. These are all made from organically grown cacao that is grown and harvested in the rainforests of Honduras. They are gluten free, dairy free, nut and soy free and non GMO. They contain no additives and the rich flavor models this perfectly. They are very rich. My kids and room mates all really enjoyed these Chocolate bars and want me to invest in more in the future! I love that they are not loaded with unhealthy additives. I enjoyed them but they were a slight too rich for me to eat a lot of them at once. I really enjoyed using them for baking though! They melt nicely and are perfect for dipping strawberries in and using in other sweet recipes. These would make a great gift to your loved one this Valentine’s Day or any other day of the year.
