My cats and I received a 8.4 pound box of okocat litter for review. My cats don’t really care what kind of cat litter they use but I am pretty picky. I do not like dusty litter and I don’t like litter that doesn’t neutralize smells. This cat litter is super nice compared to others I have used in the past. I received the Long Hair Breed Clumping Wood. I have three cats, all of which have long hair so this was perfect. It comes in a wood pellet form and is super lightweight. It absorbs so well! I am actually quite amazed at how well it absorbs and expands. Urine smell is neutralized and smells like cut wood which is much more preferred over the cat urine smell. You can flush this cat litter because it is completely biodegradable which also helps eliminate waste in landfills which I love. The main issue I have had with long haired cats is that the litter gets stuck to their feet and they bring it out when they come out of the box and get it everywhere. I have not found one piece of this okocat litter outside the box at all which is a huge bonus for me! It is free from chemicals and my cats and I love it. I am pretty sure I found my new regular cat litter for my three cats! I went on a mini vacation for 4 days. I usually clean the cat box daily or every other day because of the smell but after 4 days of being on vacation, the box didn’t smell as bad as only 2 days with normal cat litter. That means not only is this litter safer, but it lasts longer than my other litter as well!
