I have used a lot of pedometers, fitness bands, etc and none of them have had all the features I wanted in the one band. They may monitor heart rate, respiration rates and stuff like that but they aren’t waterproof. They may be waterproof, but they may not measure calories. I have been seeking out a Band that would keep track of everything I want it too and finally found it with the GoBe 2 Smart Life Band Fitness Tracker! I received one to review and to include in our Mother’s Day Gift Guide and I could not be more impressed with it! It is perfect for my lifestyle. For starts, it actually fits. Some of the fitness bands I have used have been so tight and uncomfortable. This one has 14 different adjustment settings on the wristband so it can fit the smallest or largest of wrists. It comes with the band, instructions and a charger. I love the charger because with a lot of my other fitness bands I had to actually remove the battery to charge it. This one is awesome because you just take off the band and put the whole unit on the charger. No losing the battery and no more struggling to get it to fit back in the band. You just pull it out of the box, charge it and set up the Healbe app on your phone or device then you are ready to go. Among the many awesome features it has, the GoBe 2 has an automatic calorie intake tracker, an automatic water balance tracker and monitors your emotional state. I LOVE the automatic water balance tracker. You can set reminders that will tell you when you need to drink water and drinking water is something I always seem to forget to do or just don’t get enough. This has been a game changer and I have been well hydrated since I started using this GoBe 2 Smart Life Fitness Tracker. This is the first fitness tracker I have had that measures calorie intake which is awesome! I absolutely love this feature! It uses a cool patented FLOW Technology to analyze fluid moving in and out of body cells to get this info which is awesome.
Being able to see your emotions in real time is pretty cool but not a feature I have really payed much attention to with all the other cool features. It also measures your energy balance, sleep quality, heart rate, calories burned, your steps and distance traveled, and stress levels. If that wasn’t enough it is waterproof! This is awesome because I love to swim and can finally track my fitness in the water. It does say not to use it in chlorinated water which is a bummer because I swim at the ymca a lot but it is nice being able to track my health while I am in the water elsewhere. This GoBe 2 Smart Life Band Fitness Tracker is pretty awesome and I highly recommend it if you are trying to be healthier in your life. It would make an amazing gift to that special mom in your life this Mother’s Day! It would make a great gift for Father’s Day too!
