I had the pleasure of receiving a box with the Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh Gutter Protection Kit and a Gutter Guard Brush for review and to include into our Father’s Day Gift Guide. The box with the Stainless Steel Micro-Mesh Gutter Protection Kit had 30 feet of gutter guard, 30 self tapping screws and 1 magnetic hex head driver in it. There were 10 of the Gutter Guard pieces total and each were 3 feet in length and 5.5 inches wide. They fit 5 inch or smaller sized gutters and once you get a couple on, the rest go up with ease. I only received one box that covered 30 feet so wasn’t able to even do one side of my house and stuff was still being washed down from the other side of the gutters under the part that was completed, but I did notice that the part with the Gutter Guards on them were free from leaves, cottonwood and other debris. I would like to get another box to finish up at least the one side of the house to see how they truly work, but I like them from what I am seeing. The rain water is still allowed to pass through the mesh but the other stuff such as leaves, small twigs and branches, cottonwood puff, pine needles, etc doesn’t go through the mesh. Most of the stuff falls off but some does stay on the mesh part of the Gutter Guard. The Gutter Guard Brush takes that stuff right off with ease! I love how well they work on the part of my house I was able to install them on and I love that I don’t have to worry about them rusting because they are made with Stainless Steel. I know my dad would love not having to get up and clean out the gutters every few months so these would make a great gift this Father’s Day! You can find them at Home Depot or Sam’s Club.
