I received the May 2015 FlourishBox to review. It came with a beautiful Silk Batik Scarf and bag from Indonesia, a Rose Quartz Bracelet from Bangkok, Thailand and an Organic Mango Cashew Bar. The Scarf is 100% silk and made by the Indonesian textile artist, Murniadi, using a block print design of orange jessamine. It was then hand-stamped by local Indonesian artists using traditional batik techniques detailing the off-white pattern. I think this scarf is absolutely beautiful. I find the story behind its making amazing! The Rose Quart Bracelet was handmade by the Hmong Hill Tribes of Northern Thailand using local quartz and cotton waxed string. This bracelet is absolutely beautiful and my kids have fought with me about whose it is. I love quartz and rocks/stones in general so decided to keep it for myself. It is great for everyday use and special occasions and goes with anything. My kids took the Organic Mango Cashew Bar and devoured it before I could even try it. It was gluten-free, organic and vegan and they loved it! Overall this box is great for those who love to collect treasures from different areas. They are beautiful crafted and the story behind the creators is amazing. The treats are great too.
