February DVD New Releases from Mill Creek Entertainment

About: Mill Creek Entertainment is the industry’s leading provider of value-priced DVD and Blu-ray features and compilations. Our television, movie, kids and special interest compilations have reset the bar for consumer value and gained massive adoption by traditional and non-traditional retailers alike. Our product line includes contemporary and classic films and television series, documentary series and popular kids programming, as well as independent films, Latino cinema, early learning and fitness.  We also produce original content and license the majority of our owned content for digital distribution and VOD.

This month Mill Creek Entertainment sent me several of their new DVD releases to watch and review and we were excited. I am a movie collector. I have netflix, hulu and amazon prime but I still like having hard copies of movies so I can watch them even when the internet is down. I have a fairly vast collection so am always excited when Mill Creek Entertainment brings older movies to DVD so I can add them to my collection. This month they sent me 100 Years of Horror, The Curse Of King Tut’s Tomb, The Shirley Temple Collection, Sudden Fury: A Family Torn Apart, Seasons of the Heart, The Lucille Ball Collection and Shadow Stalkers. Shadow Stalkers has a feature running time of 15 hours and includes 10 features in all! These include Out of the Dark, Happy Birthday to Me, Eyes of Laura Mars, Bloody Pit of Horror, Don’t Answer the Phone, Nightmare in Wax, Silent Night, Bloody Night, Funeral Home, Don’t Open Till Christmas and Driller Killer. It is the perfect collection for those thrill seekers! The Lucille Collection has a feature running time of 10 hours 22 minutes and includes Her Husband’s Affairs, Miss Grant Takes Richmond, The Fuller Brush Girl, The Magic Carpet, Episodes from The Lucy Show and more! I adore Lucille Ball so this was one of my favorites from this months releases. Seasons of the Heart has a feature run time of 1 hour 33 minutes and is a single film about a guy trying desperately to address long time family issues. It is a good movie for those nights you want to stay in. Sudden Fury: A Family Torn Apart has a feature run time of 1 hour 33 minutes and is about two brothers who are accused of murdering their parents. It is an awesome movie and one I hadn’t seen before! The Shirley Temple Collection has a feature run time of 6 hours and 34 minutes. This collection includes The Red-Haired Alibi, Law of Vengeance, The Little Princess, The Story of Shirley Temple, 10 short films and more! This is a great collection for Shirley Temple fans everywhere! The Curse of King Tut’s Tomb has a feature run time of 2 hours and 51 minutes and features the story of King Tut’s Tomb and the curse surrounding it. 100 Years of Horror has a feature run time of 10 hours and 55 minutes total. It goes thru all the years of horror from the beginning to the present. This is a great collection of films they put out this month and I recommend each and every one of them.

Disclosure: I received these products for free, in exchange for my honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products and services I used personally, and believe will be a good fit for consumers.
