This bundle of awesome that does to your hair is help prevent frizz, nourishes it, and then leaves a healthy shine. With the powerful ingredients, this helps all 3 of those things work through your hair from your scalp to your ends. With my thick, curly hair I would need 2 of these bottles to at least see a longer period of improvements, I got at least 4 uses out this bottle. Though it did do an amazing job on my hair, made it way healthier looking, not many flyaways which is great in the summertime, and the shine lasted all day in my hair. All you need to do is apply it to your wet hair after a shower or bath, massage it into your hair from the scalp to the ends, and then brush it out, then style as usual. With mine, I just apply it, brush it out, and then work the curls back into the hair, and then let it air dry, and made my curls more wavy and smooth looking.
