This fun company took a while to send me my items to review because they wanted to make sure I had some of their new items to test out. I got a candle, bar soap, melts, lotion, and lip gloss, from the flavor smell of ginger fizz. When I got my package from D-n-D Ranch Aromas Candle & Gift Shop I could instantly smell these products right from the package they came in! When you get items like that you know they are good and long-lasting smell. My neighbor and I had a fun time going through this lovely box. She of course wanted it all hehe. Her and I have fun playing with items like these. The ginger fizz smell when you just took a sniff of that candle you could totally smell the fizz. My neighbor said these exact words *how do they make that fizz smell so perfect* I mean it was dead on smelling like fizz. Just makes you wonder if it will fizz too, okay just thinking outside the box. When the company contacted me when it had arrived to me *though it was at the UPS store for 3 days* he was worried it would melt. Our state never gets hot enough for anything to melt. He reassured me that they place these products in the fridge before they get shipped out. So when I got my box on Tuesday it was all nicely wrapped up and safe!
With the candle we don’t actually light it (2 toddlers in the house) we put it under our heat lamp made to melt candles. The lamp isn’t strong enough to make the metal react any bad way or heat up to much. Within it being heated up under 5 minutes our kitchen smelled so much like ginger fizz, even my husband (who hates strong-smelling stuff) even enjoyed this candle and we went ahead and kept it going.. When we took it off the lamp after an hour it was barely even melted so when it dried up it pretty much still a brand new candle!
The bar soap came in a nice brown bag with wrap around the soap. I usually em not one who loves bar soap since we don’t really have a safe spot for it away from the water. So normally I don’t buy bar soap because of this. However this came in a nice brown bag so when I was done using it, I put it back in it, and stored it on the rack. The soap was so soft and smooth on the skin. I like how it made my skin smooth instead dried out like other soaps do. Homemade soaps are always better on the skin since they use oils and healthy ingredients instead chemicals. When I used it in the bath (yes a mommy who never get one) I instantly smelled the ginger first hand I was loving how strong and right on it was. After many hours since the bath I could still smell that lovely ginger fizz smell.
Another great product I got to try was the melts. I rarely use melts because they are just too pricey and being a mom I rarely go down that aisle to look. But when I am spoiled time to time I am so stocked to pull out my awesome melting plugged into the wall lamp.. Its small, but boy it does the trick. I usually plug mine in the bathroom, because of a house of 2 toddler boys and a husband, that bathroom can get a wee bit like boys smelling, I need to be able to go in and get ready for the day in peace! This melt came to me in a plastic container already split up, just break a piece off and slap into your melt lamp. Mine came with 6 melts per container. I put one in my lamp for about 3 hours, it did malt flat but was still there, I unplugged it to save it for later, and when I did, I ran it again for 3 hours and still there just less than have there, so with that said you get over 6 hours per melt, when using a wall plug small lamp.
Then I got lotion and lip balm, both products which I threw into my purse, to place in my new car. I have an amazing huge hidden pocket in my car that keeps hidden from sunlight, wait we never get that, maybe for like 2-4 weeks a year, rest is rain.. Anyways one that love every dang lip balm in the world I was so happy to see this added to the pile of fun stuff. This lip balm has a round tip you use to apply, twister at the bottom. I even did the test most balms fail on, the twist it to the top and then try to let it go down with the twist. Yes it went down perfectly and I didn’t need to push it down. Maybe I just got lucky but it drives me nuts when they fail that test. Anyways the lip balm was smooth applying, last for hours even while drinking from a can and after it was gone of f my lips. My lips were smooth and not chapped at all. I could even taste that yummy ginger on my lips, I could not stop trying to eat them up..
The lotion those are always 50/50 when it comes to perfection right. Yes I love lotion to, who doesn’t, and when my job has me at the laptop for 10 hours a day or more because of my media’s job. My hands dry out fast. So when it comes to that perfection lotion you will know right away if it is good or not, when you go to squeeze it out on your hands. This lotion used a tip that comes off and you shake it down, in hoping it comes out slow and not all at once. Since this lotion was thick I was able to get a nickle size out perfectly instead of putting more back into the container which is so bad to do with lotion. Anyways when I got my size out that always works for me. I rubbed it on my hands, and had enough for a quick wipe on the arms. The lotion went on smooth and dried without making my hands feel all greasy, because I hate when that happens. This lotion is great and smells wonderful after 2 hours the smell was gone. Though I use my hands a lot on the PC so it depends really. Great company and great products!
