I had the pleasure of receiving The Confirmation on Blu-Ray and Digital HD for review. It has a feature run time of 101 minutes. This movie is a really touching movie about an eight year old boy named Anthony spending the weekend with his alcoholic father Walt. They are both extremely uneasy about the time they have to spend together but because Anthony’s mom and her boyfriend go out of town they must stay together. The very first day they are together a bunch of bad stuff happens that leads them to ultimately gaining a stronger connection with each other. This connection grows between them and Walt ends up becoming a better person and a much better father to Anthony. I really enjoyed this movie and have watched it several times since I received it. It is extremely touching and keeps you interested and eager to see what will happen next. It is awesome seeing an estranged father and son become close through mishaps and see that bond grow throughout the movie. This is a great movie for any collection and I highly recommend it. This film is very entertaining and if you are looking for a good family movie, The Confirmation may be the one for you! You can bring it home on June 7th!
