About them: Bitybean’s founder started with a vision for a child carrier for his daughter that he could easily pack away when not in use. When he couldn’t find what we was looking for available on the market, Doug decided to create it! He tapped into his engineering background and sewing experience and teamed up with a local technical soft goods design expert. They worked together to combine user-centric design philosophy, state-of-the-art fabrics and hardware, and optimized design to create a totally different child carrier. Bitybean was born.
My son Karter and I had the pleasure of receiving a bitybean carrier for review. It is for ages 3 months and up and for 8-40 pounds. You can use it as a front carrier or wear it on your back which is nice. My absolute favorite part about it is that it only weighs 8 oz! It is about the same size as a water bottle. I am a huge baby wearer and always looking for new, stylish, functional and comfortable baby carriers and this carrier does it all! I received the lime green one and just love it! My son seems to really enjoy it as well. I love how compact it is! It fits into my diaper bag, stroller, car and even my small purse super easily. I am a single mom of three so have to try to keep things as organized and compact as possible on our outings so this carrier has helped out tremendously! I am also a curvy girl so a lot of carriers are not comfortable on me. This adjusts to fit in several places, making it super comfortable for most body types. It is lightweight which has been nice for these hot days we have been having too! It is not big and bulky and has kept not only me cooler, but my son cooler as well. I love that this carrier can be used for an extended time! My son is 3 months old now and about 13 lbs and fits nicely. My daughter is 3 and weighs 25 lbs and she fits in it comfortably too! The bitybean carrier is great for on the go and at home. I love that it is compact, innovative, stylish and can be used for both boys and girls! This carrier has become my go to carrier and I highly recommend it!
