BBQ Recipe for July 4th!

About them: Everyone is always looking for great BBQ recipes for our 4th of July celebration. Some stick to the hamburgers and hotdogs while others prefer BBQ chicken and steak. Below is a mouth watering BBQ Lamb recipe that is sure to be a great fit for your BBQ this Independence Day! This recipe is from Chef Mark Hennessey of Le Marais restaurant in Times Square and now you can make it at home!
 Great BBQ Recipe
Ingredients:
Two lamb breasts
Molasses
Liquid Smoke
Garlic
Fresh Mint
Trim the lamb breasts of excess fat. Place them into a zip lock bag with a light marinade.
The marinade consists of 3 parts molasses to 1 part liquid smoke, garlic cloves and fresh mint. Puree until smooth. Sous vide the lamb breasts at 165 degrees for 20 hours. Pat the breasts dry, and place into a 475 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until the exterior is deeply browned, or you can place on the grill until the outside of the meat is browned.
