About Them: Dan Stiles is the author of the hilarious boardbook Put On Your Shoes! (POW! 2013) Dan combines illustration and design in his award-winning visual work. Over the past 15 years, Dan has collaborated with everyone from indie bands to major corporations in creating identities, custom packaging, and limited edition collectable art and merchandise. Dan is perhaps best known for his poster art, having worked with artists across multiple genres including Death Cab for Cutie, Sonic Youth, Arctic Monkeys, Cat Power, Hot Chip, Sigur Ros, Ted Leo, TV on The Radio, Dizze Rascal.Baby’s First Blocks are really unique simple, cute, and uses colors to draw those babies eye’s in, as those are just about the colors that sucks them into books and colors.
These baby blocks come in a package of four, and are all cardboard, for much long-lasting books. Each book is a color, design, and of course eye drawing colors. These mini little books are adorable for sure. My special needs son whom is 6 but with the mind of a 2-year-old, loves these books, while my 4-year-old didn’t as much. Mali spends hours before bed staring at these books and flipping the pages checking out the new design and colors along with it. I love how the colors and designs are what each book page will have throughout the book. These are great for gifts at a baby shower or any mom2be as well. Very adorable, cute, neat books for sure for babies and toddlers. They don’t nave any words in them, they fit in the palm of my hand, and they don’t go well on our kids book shelf, as well are so easy to lose, so keep them around near you when not being played with.
