One of the best ways I have found to relieve sore muscles, aching feet and tension from daily stresses and chores is to take a hot bath after my kids are in bed. I had the pleasure of receiving the Muscle Soak Aromatherapy Collection from Aromafloria to review and feature in our Holiday Gift Guide and could not be more happy with it! It is a blend of Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Lemongrass which helps alleviate muscle pain from sprains and aching joints. They are 100% vegan, biodegradeable, sulfate free, paraben free, phthalate free, safe for the environment and they do not test on animals. I received the Foaming Bubble Bath, Bath & Body Massage Oil, Moisturizing Body Wash, Sugar Salt Glow Body Scrub, and Ocean Mineral Bath Salts. The Foaming Bubble Bath came in a 9 fl oz bottle. A little goes a long ways with this one. Just put a bit in your running bath water and it foams up and provides a nice relaxing bubble bath! The Moisturizing Body Wash came in a 6.7 fl oz tube and lathers and cleans nicely. I noticed my dry skin was moisturized too which was nice! The Ocean Mineral Bath Salts feel absolutely amazing after a long day. Just pour them into your bath water and relax. It feels amazing. It came in a 23 oz bottle. Next is the Sugar Salt Glow Body Scrub. This one is really nice too and came in a 12 oz tube. It helps exfoliate your dead dry skin and leaves your skin feeling soft and fresh. It has restored a nice healthy glow to my skin and I really like it. I don’t have anyone to give me a massage but the Bath & Body Massage Oil has been great on my sprained ankle. I sprained and tore ligaments and tendons in my ankle a few months back and am still having a lot of pain. I use this every day on my ankle and have noticed a drastic difference in my pain levels. It came in a nice 9 fl oz pump bottle. This collection is amazing and perfect for alleviating sore, tired muscles after a long day. This collection is perfect for personal use and would make an exceptional gift for your loved ones this holiday season. They smell amazing and they make your body feel so much better. I also received Aromafloria Sinus Help Inhalation Beads and these have been great with my sinus infection that I get every Fall. They came in a 2.5 oz bottle and you just dump some of the inhalation beads into the included bag and it helps clear your sinuses! They are great and I highly recommend them!
