Appetite for Life is a great book for parents who love to make homemade food for babies to kids. This book is jammed packed full of all sorts of recipes and idea’s on food combo’s. There is so many pages and so many pages of fun foods to make. This paper back book is a lot of fun and great for ages to come. The book is fun and creative  just like the cover. Now a days it’s so hard to keep healthy foods in kids with so much unhealthy around. Healthy food isn’t entirely cheap but it always is the route for sure in the long run!
