About: Once upon a time there were two brothers who lived in the land of Wisconsin. The older boy worked at a cheese company while the younger taught middle-school. Both carried dreams of owning their own business-dreams given to them by their father. The younger brother decided to quit teaching and the old brother approached him. “Dad and I are ready to start a business, and we want to hire someone full time. You would be perfect.” And so the brothers along with their father started down the winding road of entrepreneurship. “How do we build a business of integrity?” they asked each other. “By starting a company that advocates for the voiceless, empowers employees, and allows buyers to change the world,” was their answer. From this discussion, Simply Earth was born: a company who would donate 13% of profits to organizations that would change the world.
