Caramel Balance Bars
Balance Bars are always my favorite bars and only ones I eat when it comes to nutrition bars. This time around I got the Caramel Nut Blast bars for in favor of October national caramel month. You can’t go wrong there, its national so its a must. These are chocolate covered bars with the filling inside. They are very chewy and you need to chew a lot. They are pretty good, I like them, my husband however doesn’t and he loves caramel. Even my 3 year said they were tasty from the bite he had. They are great quality and jammed packed with nuts and caramel. Plus they are nutrition bars so you can’t go wrong there right! They are pretty healthy for you, in moderation’s of course. Out of the bunch I have received these past months, this one is now my all time favorite. They are great to snack on when you get hungry they will fill that craving up quick and leave you full, and full of energy for hours.
