I requested the Coconut and Collagen pills for review. These bottles are big, a months worth in the bottles. You take 3 collagen pills a day and 2 coconut ones a day. The pills are pretty big, the collagen ones are long and thick, and the coconut ones are long, oval and big as well. So if you’re someone who has a hard time swallow big pills crap your pill chopper. Both these combined are great. Coconut great for skin, hair, and energy, and collagen is for hair, nails and skin. A lot like Biotin but better. I been taking these everyday for about a month now, and I have already noticed a difference in my hair and nails since starting, Much healthier, growing faster, not so frizzy (long thick curly hair). Luckily the pills themselves don’t really have a taste to them, so if you didn’t get the first swallow you’re not tasting anything. Of course like any health products results may vary the person to person. There is that saying going around, when taking hair, nails, skin pills you get hair grown in area’s that don’t normally, or do but lightly. I had that with Biotin, but the collagen pills I was nowhere near that problem. Just makes shaving your legs, and other parts more often, but not really that horrible at all.
