About Them: When visiting family in Italy, CEO & Founder Adam Lupa always loved the way coffee seems to bring people together, anytime of day. Returning home, Adam knew Americans are just as passionate about their coffee. Which is why they don’t see anything out of the ordinary about dropping 3 or 4 bucks for a tasty drink. Or even dropping a few hundred dollars on a machine before even brewing their first cup at home. It just seemed like there was a better way to do coffee. And, it seemed obvious that cheaper, faster, easier, less expensive, and more social coffee could only make a great thing even GREATER.
